YOUR TASKS

 As stated in the ambition of the ENLIGHT-network  "We will embark on a research-oriented, challenge-based transformation of our university education that empowers our students with the knowledge, background, skills and innovation potential needed to tackle the major societal transitions of tomorrow, to shape our future cities and communities, and to become globally engaged European citizens." As an Enlight educational developer, you will be responsible to:

  • design a visually inspiring and evidence-based overview of the design guidelines for our challenge based, research driven and interdisciplinary modules;
  • create and editing attractive and motivating content such as good-practices  for the Enlight Teaching and Learning Lab;
  • create and delivering training, workshops and a digital learning path around Challenge-based, Interdisciplinary and Research-driven teaching and learning for the Enlight network.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You hold a Master's degree
  • You have demonstrable educational experience
  • You have thorough knowledge of digital didactics and can develop online support materials
  • You are team oriented
  • You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • You have experience in organizing training courses.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

  • We offer you a contract of definite duration for 12 months
  • Your contract will start on at the earliest from January 1, 2022
  • Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale WM1 to WM4 (if you hold a Master’s degree) Click here for more information about our salary scales.
