Description of the research activity:

The holder of the research assignment will investigate and implement a tailored data pipeline aiming at developing AI-powered insights into sourdough bread digestibility. She/he will implement AI an machine Learning (ML) technologies within standardized data analysis procedures, automating digestibility assessment and digestibility prediction, and promoting also data-sharing ecosystems to develop effective and representative models for bread digestibility. She/he will cooperate with other colleagues to define a proper ontology for the dataset to be used for testing and running a demonstrator od the data pipeline.
