Student assistance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Administrative support in setting up and managing Moodle courses as part of the micro-degree “AI and Society” (providing documents, setting up activities, checking deadlines, etc.)
• Supporting lecturers with e-moderation in Moodle forums
• Communication with students
• Co-moderation in synchronous online courses via ZOOM (if necessary) 
• Support in the organization and realization of events at IDea_Lab (if necessary) 

Your Profile

• Current Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma studies at the University of Graz
• Interest in artificial intelligence and digital transformation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Openness towards digitalized forms of teaching and learning
• Willingness to expand digital skills under supervision
• Didactic-pedagogical basic knowledge (desirable)
• Experience in the design of virtual learning environments an advantage
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Independent and reliable way of working

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 37.788,80 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
