Your Responsibilities
- Composition of a doctoral thesis in the field of GenAI for the public administrations
- Participate in projects conducted by the research group on "Smart Regulation of and by Low or No Code Development Platforms for AI in organisations" [Sm-AI-R] with focus on GenAI for the public administrations
- Participation in the research project EUNOMIA.AI with option for follow-up employment in the project from March 2028.
- Support in project aquisition
- Writing of academic publications
- Attendance of academic conferences
- Teaching in German and English
- Student support and supervision
- Cooperation on organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration (Major in Business Analytics/ Data Science), Computational Social Systems (Business Analytics), Information Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English (C1)
- (Optional) language skills in additional EU languages
- Very good IT skills
- Data Science skills
- Experience in empirical research (qualitative and quantitative)
- A high level of commitment and motivation for academic work
- The ability to conduct independent research
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
