University Assistant without doctorate (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Composition of a doctoral thesis in the field of GenAI for the public administrations
• Participate in projects conducted by the research group on "Smart Regulation of and by Low or No Code Development Platforms for AI in organisations" [Sm-AI-R] with focus on GenAI for the public administrations
• Participation in the research project EUNOMIA.AI with option for follow-up employment in the project from March 2028.
• Support in project aquisition
• Writing of academic publications
• Attendance of academic conferences
• Teaching in German and English
• Student support and supervision
• Cooperation on organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration (Major in Business Analytics/ Data Science), Computational Social Systems (Business Analytics), Information Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English (C1)
• (Optional) language skills in additional EU languages
• Very good IT skills
• Data Science skills
• Experience in empirical research (qualitative and quantitative)
• A high level of commitment and motivation for academic work
• The ability to conduct independent research
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
